Workshop proposal option 1
Bodypainting- Hula-hoop- movement- experience 2,5 days
The body painting and hula hoop -meditation experience in lofoten islands. Choosing between 1-2 days bodypainting experience ( in Lithuanian- English- Norwegian-Swedish language) led by Vilija Vitkute and Elisabeth F Lund - arctic bodypaitning retreat creators. We offer to experience one of oldest artforms -Bodypainting led by 2 times world champion in bodyart and the only bodypainter in the arctic - Vilija V. and her collaboration partner Elisabeth Lund ( local guide-performer- movement- hulla -hoop instructor) that helps to guide body and mind - prepare and open up for body movement and challanging experiences.
Workshop price is 700€ per person inkl. materials - colours, brushes and hulahoops costs/ minimum 6 participants - max 12 participants.
Price doesn't include travels, accommodation, food, transfers or side events apart of workshop schedule for participants.

Workshop schedule
DAY 1
5-6 HOURS
-Welcome- Bodypainting-movement-hoop & hike Lecture and warm up. ( 2 -3 hours)
-Live camouflage Bodypainting demonstration 1-2 hour with explanation. ( indoor or outdoor depending on weather)
-Afterwords reflection- next day plan ( 45min)
DAY 2
8-9 HOURS
- Body and mind preparing
- participant group get 2,5 -3,5 hour time for painting indoors or outdoors, the result is being photographed.
- Hoop- movement warm up.
- reflection of the day 1 day by fire with hot drinks, snacks and food.
DAY 3
8-9 HOURS
- body and mind preparing
- 2nd participant group get 2,5 -3,5 hour time for painting indoors or outdoors, the result is being photographed.

Workshop proposal option 2
Camouflage Bodypainting technic ( 1 or 2 day)
In this one day camouflage bodypainting class participants will get to 1 hour lecture - general about bodypaitning and my artistic joruney where afterwords they will get to try themselves camouflage bodypaitning on each other or model. Choosing between 1-2 days bodypainting experience ( in Lithuanian- English-Swedish language) led by Vilija Vitkute - arctic bodypaitning retreat creator. Experience one of oldest artforms -Bodypainting led by 2 times world champion in bodyart and the only bodypainter in the arctic - Vilija Vitkute.
Workshop price is 450€ per person inkl. materials - colours and brushes minimum 4 participants - max 12 participants.

Workshop schedule
DAY 1
6-7 HOURS
-Welcome- Bodypainting lecture 45 -60 min
-Live camouflage Bodypainting demonstration 1 hour with explanation. ( indoor or outdoor depending on weather)
- Lunch break - preparation for painting - 45min
- Participants painting and photography of results 2-3,5 hours.
DAY 2
4-6 HOURS
- welcome , get ready for bodypaitning ( 30min)
- participant group get 2,5 -3,5 hour time for painting indoors or outdoors, the result is being photographed.
- lunch 45min
- reflection of the results and sharing circle of experience ( 45min)
In this 2 hours camouflage bodypainting class children and adults get to create together and learn something new - experience one of oldest artforms -Bodypainting led by 2 times world champion in bodyart and the only bodypainter in the arctic - Vilija Vitkute.
Participants will get to 20min lecture - general about bodypaitning and my artistic journey where afterwords they will get to try on themselves/each other hands the camouflage bodypaitning technic and photograph it with their phones and professional photography camera. Bodypainting class is in Lithuanian, English or Swedish language led by art teacher Vilija.
Workshop price is 39€ per adult & child inkl. materials - colours, brushes, lights & professional equipment for photography.
Minimum 10 participants - max 20 participants.

Camouflage Bodypainting technic ( 2 hours for children and parents)

Camouflage Bodypainting class ( 6 hours youth and adults)
In this 6 hours camouflage bodypainting class for adults and adults get to create together and learn something new - experience one of oldest artforms -Bodypainting led by 2 times world champion in bodyart and the only bodypainter in the arctic - Vilija Vitkute.
Participants will get to 30min lecture - general about bodypaitning and my artistic journey where afterwords they will get to make on their models the camouflage bodypaitning technic and photograph it with their phones and professional photography camera ( 3-4 hours). The results will be share in end of class with reflection circle ( 45min) and each participant will receive a photograph on email of its bodypaitning. The class can be done indoors or outdoors regarding the temperature, whether and light conditions.
Bodypainting class is available in Lithuanian, English or Swedish language led by art teacher Vilija.
In workshop are included volunteer or model fee 59 €, teacher/photographer fee 155€ per adult. inkl. materials - colours, brushes, lights & professional equipment for photography 85€- total price per person 6 hours - 299€. ( The underwear for participants model costs extra).
Minimum 6 participants - max 14 participants.
